Manage your Connected Backup accounts from your iOS device!
With CTD Admin you can perform many of the daily Support Center administration tasks with just a few taps on your mobile device.
Capabilities include:
- Search and find accounts
- Run Reports
- Add / Delete Technicians
- Enable / Disable MyRoam
- Change the status of an account
- Reset an account password, with option to email the user their new password
- View the number of used and available licenses
CTD Admin uses the AdminAPI feature, so you will need a Technician login that has the "Use Scripting" permission enabled in order to use this utility.
